Welcome to Lambourn C of E Primary School
Dear Parents, Carers and Friends of Lambourn CE Primary School,
Welcome to our website! At Lambourn C of E Primary School we are proud of our pupils and staff, and the positive atmosphere they create. It’s important to us that we promote the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. We do this by providing academic rigour within a supportive and welcoming environment where pupils enjoy learning, feel safe and make positive contributions to school, their families and community.
These are exciting times for the school as our youngest four classes have just moved into a new building project. These new facilities have given us a learning environment better suited to a 21st Century education and much better outdoor provision.
Parents and carers who responded to Parent View and to the school’s own survey stated that their children were happy, safe, well looked after and that the school promotes good behaviour.
Ofsted Inspection 2013
At our school Christian values are promoted and ensure we are a school where the children are warmly received. All children are encouraged throughout their time with us to 'aim high', fulfil their potential and engage with all the opportunities the school has to offer. We firmly believe that for this to be best achieved we must establish a genuine partnership between home and school.
We pride ourselves on open communication, so if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact your child's class teacher, our deputy head or me.
I hope you find this website informative.
